The Regional General Manager delivers a consistent, high quality patient and customer experience in a multi:unit cross functional environment encompassing retail, lab and doctor services in order to deliver the key results of the organization. The Regional General Manager accomplishes this purpose by ensuring the following roles and responsibilities are implemented consistently, with an underlying commitment to company values, the customer, the associate and excellence in execution.
MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
:Builds Talent : Attracts, hires, develops, inspires and retains top talent through proactive succession planning efforts.
:Coaches, develops and maximizes the success of all General Managers, RQM and Doctors.
:Motivates, inspires and retains all direct reports and Doctors.
:Ensures capability education is delivered for operational excellence.
:Builds Capability : yzes the business and creates/communicates clear action plans that optimize results and ensures effective execution of all operational activities across retail, lab and eye care segments of the business.

:Manages profits and expenses.
:Directs workforce management activities.
:Manages operational execution and brand standards.
:Ensures asset protection policies and practices are being followed.
:Builds the Brand : Builds a store's environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional patient and customer experiences.
:Directs a consistent focus in delivering patient and customer experiences.
:Ensures visual and brand standards are set in accordance with Company direction.
:Directs the implementation of Company selling strategies.
:Leads change and innovation.
:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
:5+ years' experience in multi:unit retail industry environment
:8+ years' management experience
:Strong verbal and written communication skills
:Ability to travel
:Strong talent management skills
:Sound judgment, problem solving and decision making
:Excellent leadership development skills
:Team building and management skills
:Strong ytical and computer skills
