What is the opportunity?
As the Client Care Advisor, Private Banking, you will be responsible for greeting clients and creating a positive first impression. You will also monitor client traffic to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum. Your duties will also include contributing to the team's sales objectives by 'spotting the opportunity' while addressing clients' needs and referring them to the appropriate sales individual ternative delivery channel.Work hours are Monday to Friday.
What will you do?
:Deliver high end client experience and advice to High:Net:Worth Canadians following all e principles of the Black Card Experience
:Greets clients in an open, friendly manner, listens to clients' needs and follows through on client requests.
:Directs clients to appropriate team member according to client preference. Provide superior responsive execution and delivery of client transactions.
:Maximize the use of technology, and enable continuity of client service and future opportunities
:Demonstrate commitment to colleague care and team work by coaching, mentoring and assisting colleagues in meeting the needs of all clients.
What do you need to succeed?
:2:3 years Reception experience in a Professional Office Environment
:2:3 years Financial Industry experience
:2:3 years proven Su Customer Service experience
:University or College Degree
