What is the opportunity?
As a member of Wealth Management Services, your role within HNW Planning Services is to work with our advisors to deliver high value customized guidance on tax, estate, business owner planning, business succession planning and overall wealth planning to HNW and ultra HNW clients of RBC.
What will you do?
:Provide professional support to team members and partners within RBC Wealth Management Canada
:Develop and implement strategies to increase the scope of services to existing clients
:Accountable for ensuring effective delivery of business owner planning, tax and succession planning, estate planning and philanthropic services
:Develop strong internal and external networks and referral sources
:Provide coaching on wealth services products and services to partners
:Promote and support a work environment that inspires innovation, creativity, collaboration and diversity
What do you need to succeed?
:University degree supported by a professional designation (C.A., C.F.A., LLB. CBV)
:8+ years of related experience in one or more of the following areas: Accounting, Trust, Tax law, Private Wealth, Trusts and Estates
:Exceptional presentation skills; both written and verbal
:Significant technical expertise in the areas of owner / succession planning as well as individual tax, estate, and philanthropic planning
:Knowledge and technical proficiency related to private wealth management strategies, issues and trends
:Ability to resolve a magnitude of diverse, complex and ambiguous issues/situations in a creative manner
:Ability to communicate complex planning advice in a comprehensive and practical manner
:US Planning knowledge
:CICA tax course or equivalent
